I went for a french lunch treat at Poli Sabak Bernam! It was a course-by-course meal, prepared by students and lecturers there. Charged with RM 10 per head, it was an awesome experience! Bon apetit!
and of course the table setting were nicely prepared
what did i had then? An oriental seafood salad for the appertizer...
(oklah..i'm not really into raw food like this)
later, it was soup of the day..n this was very nice! thumbs up!!
Cream of cauliflower and brocolli soup served with cheesy soft roll
as for the main course..a lot of patience need to be tolerated that day..coz they were demonstrating the serving techniques from one table to another...
n here it is, Roasted Chicken with Garlic Sauce accompanied with Corn on Cob and Sauteed Vegetables Gravy was nice, some were asking for extra! hehe
and the dessert?...sweet, creamy, fluffy...what more can i say?...it's creme brulee
not to be missed, it's a complimentary of sparkling juice ...and of course tea or coffee were served too!
